Course Cancellation
| To cancel your course, please fill out and submit the following form. Within 30 days from the date of your course, you will receive a refund check for your course registration minus any fees (25% cancellation administration fee plus the cost of any class materials that have been given to you). Please note - requests for cancellation of courses that have already begun will not be processed. |
