How Does the Advanced Course Work?
Our advanced course takes place over the course of a weekend ( or a long weekend, in Fort Lauderdale ). We offer the course locally at Lake Millbrook in Haymarket, VA in the summer and in Fort Lauderdale all year long. You will get your book when you register - read the five chapters that correspond to the 5 dives that you are going to do, and then meet us for a great weekend of diving fun!

Which Five Dives Will I Do?
For a Millbrook course, you will do Deep Diver, Navigation Diver, Wreck Diver, Peak Performance Bouyancy, and Search & Recovery. In Fort Lauderdale, you will do Deep Diver, Navigation Diver, Wreck Diver, Underwater Naturalist and Night Diver.

Why is the Fort Lauderdale Class So Much More Expensive?
All the dives done in Fort Lauderdale will be done off of a boat, and the class fee includes all the boat rides. It also includes a night dive!

If I rent gear, Do I have to take it down with me?
That is your choice. You can pick up rental gear to take it with you, or we can have it ready for you at class. This is true of both Fort Lauderdale and Millbrook classes.

What is the bad weather policy?
If bad weather is imminent and we need to cancel the dives, we will contact you to talk to you about rescheduling into another weekend.
