Hi Terry, Again, sorry for getting you wet as I threw my fins to you while leaving the Ray tank, but on the other hand the water was delightful ;-) I do have some video and pictures which, once properly edited and spliced together, I will forward to our class! Suffice to say the total experience was awesome! The staff and \"service\" was first class. The two tank experiences were both wonderful and absolutely intriguing for any experienced diver. The intimacy we shared with the marine life (all personalities equally included) and being on the other side of the glass, made this once in a lifetime experience a must! Thank you again for your professionalism and please do, pass on my sincere appreciation to those responsible for this touch with marine life. Great time had for all.... Rob

What a great experience! I enjoyed the staff and the facilities. The aquarium dive is an amazing opportunity to see fish up close and personal! It\'s exciting to add aquarium dive specialty.

This experience was so unique and exciting, because the unique environments of both the Atlantic Coral Reef and Wings in the Water exhibits truly come to life! As a certified diver since 1977, having encountered many wonderfully different environments, I never experienced the intimacy associated with diving in such close quarters with diverse and fascinating marine life. Each tank holds different treasures and in their own distinctive way, each dive experience brings very different opportunities. Being on the “other side of the glass” brings to mind the \"Twilight Zone\" episode where People Are Alike All Over, where astronauts landed on an alien planet and then given an earth house in which to live so they felt “at home, only to learn that the house is really a cage in a zoo! Watching adults and children alike, watch you behind the glass is a must once in a life time experience, where the diver gains a new perspective on aquarium and zoo life from the perspective of the non-human residents. The staff is all very professional, the service is first class! Do it!

What a rare diving experience! Being literally nose-to-nose with cownose eagle rays, having a roughtail ray sweep around and between us, and even glide over and brush my head a couple of times. The green sea turtle was very interactive, nudging under us as we knelt on the bottom, and flipping us onto her shell. Dive instructor Terry Wells was great! Highly recommended!!

I have to admit the realization that you become part of the exhibit when you enter the water was alittle overwhelming. There are a lot of people watching. I found that I had a great time \"playing\" with the kids on the other side of the glass. My family told me that even the adults were excited when I came to the glass to interact with the people. Being used as a scratching post by Calypso (the sea turtle) was the absolute high but I found the interaction with the people was almost as much fun. This experience is really about interacting with the fish in a way you cannot in the wild but also about the people. Terri from Atlantic Edge and Dave from the Aquarium were awesome. Everyone at the Aquarium couldn\'t have been nicer.

What a wonderful experience! I had such a great time interacting with the wildlife and the people behind the glass. What a neat way for my wife (who does not dive) to get to see me underwater. The animals were amazing and the staff is SO helpful and kind. I highly recommend this experience for anyone who dives! Thanks so much to all involved.

I got up close and personal with so many different kinds of animals, it may take me 100 more to see half of them again. It was an experience I will always remember and compare things to. Atlantic Edge made that experience all the better by giving me all the info I needed to make sure my dive was enjoyable....and it was! The whole operation ran smoothly and went off without a hitch. I will be recommending others to do this dive and to do it with Atlantic Edge. Thanks!!!!

Fathers Day 2010. My boys got to watch and take photos. Doesn\'t get better than that. I used to go to the aquarium at their age. Now diving it. Great experience. I\'m coming back this Fall/Winter.

This is definitely worthwhile and unique experience that I recommend. Where else can you dive a coral reef and also have a close up and personal experience with a huge green sea turtle named Calypso and a zebra shark named Zoe? It\'s definitely fun to have friends on the other side of the glass. One diver was actually playing rock/paper/scissors with an aquarium guest. The following may be added to the packing list for event: Dive Log> PADI Cert card> Completed Paperwork from website> Wet bag> Spare parts> Brush & towel to shower afterwards

It was a very enjoyable dive and my family was able to see me from inside the aquarium. The variety of aqua life was superb and the education before each dive was very informative. The only draw back is my sons all want to get their scuba certification now.

I loved it! I plan to do it again late this year or next year. The process resembled a smooth, well-oiled machine, but the Atlantic Edge instructor and staff did not make you feel like cattle. The dive group is only 12 divers that is subsequently divided into two “tank groups” so there is plenty personal assistance for new divers [like me]. They went over all the creatures you might expect and how to deal with any situation that may concern you. They assisted with the gear you were required to use. They explained some suggested activities for you to consider while in the water. Thanks for making this opportunity available, Atlantic Edge!

I thought this was going to be a boring dive indoors (Aquarium) but I was surprised to interact with fish in a way that I wouldn\'t have been able to out in the open water. I saw and met lots of fish! They just came up to you and bumped you! It was a good experience and I would recommend this dive for divers who can\'t go far and stay local. Dive the Aquarium - it\'s an Experience!

The experience of diving in the Atlantic Coral Reef and Wings in the Water tanks were awesome! The staff from the Atlantic Edge Dive Center and the Baltimore Aquarium were professional and very informative of the animals in the Aquarium. It was also a plus to dive during opening hours with all the patrons of the Aquarium, especially the kids with their wide-eyed enthusiasm watching us dive in the tanks. Overall, I would highly recommend it to others :-)

Thank you for making the Aquarium Dive Available. It gives us a glimpse of what happens behind the scenes at the Aquarium. It was also good to have interaction with the Aguarium Staff. They all were very nice and seemed to enjoy teaching us and helping.

This was a FANTASTIC experience. The event was very well organized, including allowing my family to stay around to grab photos after the aquarium closed. The close cooperation between the Atlantic Edge staff and the Aquarium volunteers made it a great set of dives. You\'re not going to have this kind of interaction with such a wide range of wildlife any other way.

This dive experience far exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and professional. The interaction with the aquatic life was incredible. You are not allowed to touch them, but that is not an issue as they touch you which is allowed. Having rays and Calypso the sea turtle brush against you as you are part of their world was awesome. My 14 year old son\'s only complaint was that he couldn\'t dive as he isn\'t old enough. We will be back for his 18th birthday. Cameras are not allowed and I would have loved to have video from the dive but my wife and son got good video and stills from the dry side. A great experience.

Diver Jim H posted the following testimonial on Dec 04, 2009:

Excellent experience. Instructors were great, learned a lot in the classroom portion about aqaurium life. To actually enter the tanks and swim with the barracuda, moray eels and rays and sharks, I can\'t think of another opportunity to see all the marine life in a two tank (aquarium tank) dive. Only complaint was, the dives should have been and two hours each. I know it\'s a tank pressure thing. Enjoyed the entire experience, already planning another trip. Once again, Atlantic Edge came through with a great program. That\'s why I\'m planning my rescue diver certification with you guys in the spring. Thank you for offering such a unique program.

The Aquarium Dive is an amazing way to see the rays, turtles, and other animals at the Aquarium. My favorite part was just resting on the bottom of the tank. The rays quickly accept divers as part of the environment and swim right up to check out the divers. This is an amazing experience.

Diver Ellen posted the following testimonial on Sep 08, 2009:

Diving in the aquarium is an experience not to be missed! The opportunity to truly engage with the fish is a rare experience. There are so many highlights of my aquarium dive but perhaps the top two were a close encounter with Felix the shy moray eel and \"cleaning\" the fish. Playing the role of cleaner shrimp gave me a chance to engage the fish close up. It was one of my most enjoyable underwater experiences to date!
