Reschedule a Course

If you need to reschedule a course you are already registered for ( that has not taken place yet ) please fill out the information below. Please give us the course you are registered for, as well as the course you would like to register for.

For In-Water courses (excepting Aquarium)- If you are rescheduling your course after EOB Wednesday the weekend before your course, please select the 'Last Minute' reschedule option.

For Aquarium Dives - Submitting this form is a request for a reschedule.  Confirming your reschedule is dependent upon us finding a substitue for your spot.

Please note - Courses can only be rescheduled prior to the date of the course. If the course you are registered for has already passed, you cannot reschedule this course.
