Tempura
Lionfish is a popular specialty at the cafe. Lionfish can be cooked
anyway that any other fish can is cooked - grilled, seared, fried,
steamed, boiled; at the August Moon Cafe it is served with either a
Wasabi Aioli/Nam Prik/Mango-Chili Sambal or whatever sauce Alexandra
(the chef and owner) feels like serving at the time.
